The Panevėžys Regional Court today announces the joyful news of the return of two experienced legal professionals who previously worked at this court: Loreta Miltenytė and Marius Jankauskas. Both judges previously served at the Panevėžys City District Court, and before becoming judges, they were advisors to the President of the Panevėžys Regional Court. Their accumulated legal knowledge and experience will allow them to quickly integrate into the ranks of the Panevėžys Regional Court judges.
Today also marks the start of work for the new court chancellor, Vidas Sabonis, who most recently held the position of Head of the Panevėžys City and District Police Commissariat of the Panevėžys County Police Headquarters.
"We are very pleased to see these colleagues back in our ranks," says Donatas Jatužis, President of the Panevėžys Regional Court. "Their experience and professionalism are invaluable. We also welcome the new chancellor and look forward to productive cooperation."
Judge Loreta Miltenytė stated, "I feel like I've come home." Judge Marius Jankauskas echoed his colleague and emphasized, "I am pleased to return, I am happy to be able to continue my career at this court, and I hope my work experience will contribute to the successful operation of the court and the administration of justice."
The new court chancellor, Vidas Sabonis, also expressed his delight in starting work at the Panevėžys Regional Court. He assured that he is ready to work together with the court team and ensure the smooth administrative operation of the court, and also appealed to the court staff for understanding and support.
Judge Loreta Miltenytė will hear civil cases, while Marius Jankauskas will handle criminal and administrative offense cases. The chancellor will be responsible for the court's administrative activities. This strengthening of the team is an important step in ensuring the efficient and transparent operation of the court. The President of the court is confident that the new employees will not only strengthen the team but also contribute to ensuring justice in society.
