Examination of Evidence in Kristijonas Bartoševičius' Case Concluded
On Thursday, the Panevėžys Regional Court continued the criminal case of former Member of Parliament Kristijonas Bartoševičius.
The accused and his defense lawyer, as usual, participated in the hearing remotely.
Today, the court concluded the examination of the evidence currently in the case. The case materials were read aloud.
After the materials were read, the accused's defense lawyer informed the court that they needed certain documents from the case to prepare their requests to supplement the evidence examination.
The court instructed the accused's defense lawyer to specify which particular documents they require by next Monday, and plans to hear the defense's prepared requests to supplement the evidence examination at the next court hearing on October 16th.
